Egg Cheeseburger

I entered this recipe because it is one of the things I enjoyed greatly at one time in my life. The first time I saw it was when I was in Korea in 1969 at the EM club. It looked good and people seemed to enjoy it. I tried it and I liked it. I introduced my wife to it years later and she liked it. I also saw it on a cooking show on the TV recently in 2003. I hope you like it.

Directions

Fry the hamburger patty to your liking (rare to well)

Place the hamburger on the bun

Place the cheese on the patty

Fry the egg until the yolk is almost hard

Place the egg on the cheese

Add ketchup and bun top

Enjoy (if the egg yolk is left too runny it will shoot all over the place when it is bitten into)
